Copper Nickel Events became a WIPA member this year and we absolutely love the opportunity to learn, grow, and be involved with such an incredible national and international organization. WIPA stands for Wedding International Professionals Association and is committed to educating, training, and supporting top wedding professionals and their businesses. We wanted to give a huge thanks to all those that dedicated their time and energy to help this institution and make our jobs more exciting.

Our 1st Annual Pride Palooza was a massive success and we want to personally thank all those who donated their time, performed, sponsored, attended, and committed to such an incredible event. Along with our amazing guests and Drag Performers, we were able to raise $650 for Encircle! Thank you to the generous individuals who made this such an excellent achievement for Copper Nickel, the community of Ogden, and Encircle.

Here is a fun fact about Copper Nickel…We are a major hotspot for the film and the film industry. We have many companies from London, around the country, and our local Utah that utilizes our building to film short movies, tv and crime series, commercials, and music videos. We have been on Oxygen, Discovery, CBS, Local productions, and other music video sites.

It’s Quinceanera season and Copper Nickel has 12 Saturdays booked during the summer for these extravagant and epic celebrations! If you are unfamiliar with a Quinceanera, it is a celebration in the Hispanic community where a young female turns 15 and this party is a celebration and introduction to her womanhood. Patrons, family members, and friends all contribute to the food, decor, and set up of this amazing event. Traditional dances, music, and food are the epicenter of each event and are not to be missed.
